Stress

Stress is a reaction to a situation. In low doses it can help us make a decision and solve a problem. At it’s worse, it hinders our ability to concentrate and make decisions, as well there can be physical responses – tight muscles, headaches, restlessness or disturbed sleep. Massage therapy can help with the physical responses to stress.

There are other common  conditions that can be treated with massage therapy.
