Low Back Pain

Pain in the lower back is quite common and can be the result of a variety of problems. The trouble with the back, could be related to the bones or discs in the spine, nerves or soft tissue dysfunction. The pain can stay in the low back, or can radiate into the mid-back, gluteals, or hips. In some cases massage therapy may not be effective, or may be most beneficial in conjunction with another profession. Thankfully, the well educated massage therapist will be able to assess your pain and make a referral if needed.
