Tender Palms: Intro to Thai Yoga Massage

In this 6 week series you will be taught the 4 basics of Thai massage: meditation, grounding, rhythm and touch. Each week you will be guided through a demonstration of a short flow and then invited to practice with a partner, under my guidance, to achieve mastery of what you've learned. There will be time at the end of class for reflection and exchange. After coming to all classes you will be ready to give a 45- minute, smooth-flowing and safe Thai yoga massage.
