Sport Massage Course with Ryan Young, BHSc, RMT, PTS, SMT(cc) This is a two-day course introducing the theory and application of Sport Massage. This course will review key concepts of Musculoskeletal Anatomy and Exercise Physiology as they pertain to Massage Therapy and Athletic Performance. The focus will be to build on these concepts so as to ensure participants are able to safely and effectively provide Sport Massage treatment for athletes at all levels of competition. The course will combine Lecture, Discussions, Demonstrations, and Practice.
