Understand the role of muscles and ligaments in preparing for birth, and supporting labor progress. Posterior, Deflexed, Transverse lie, and Cephalo Pelvic Disproportion are re-examined in this new physiology. Reduce unnecessary cesareans due to lack of progress in labor. Recharge your practice with a new paradigm: *Align the uterus so baby can curl and enter the pelvis as a small, compact – and more active participant. * Releasing pelvic muscles with static-stretch and myofascial techniques, we can “make room for baby.” *Release tight ligaments or muscles which may pull or twist may relieve pelvic pain now or discomfort during birth. * Match the techniques to the level of the pelvis where baby waits to find room.
