This online course discusses various definitions and models of emotional intelligence and explores practical ways in which learners can develop a culture of emotional intelligence in the classroom. Being professional and sensitive to others needs is a trait that is always good to review and apply when in the healthcare profession, and can be transferred to settings or situations that deal with patients in a clinical setting, and other co-workers, not just in the classroom alone.
