Online course Clinical Record Keeping: A Hands-On Approach

  • Type:
  • Time:
  • hours
Using a mix of theory and real-life examples, this course analyzes each of the forms that are found in a patient's file. We explore standard features and how to customize them in order to make the 'paperwork' more userul for you and your patients. The course material emphasizes the four goals of clinical record keeping - identify red flags, establish a baseline, understand a patient's problem and create opportunities for patient education/practice building/clinical research. If you want to become better equipped to take a critical view of your patient records and understand what you can do to both improve them and use them more effectively, this course is for you.
