Inter-relationship of the Cervical, Shoulders and Thoracic Areas and related Dysfunctions (CST)

  • Type:
  • Seminar/Workshop
  • Time:
  • 15 hours
This 2-day course focusses on practical techniques to facilitate the inter-relationship between the cervical spine, shoulders, and thoracic region (CST). With the proper biomechanics these areas work as a unite supporting each other and functioning as a whole. When one or more of these structures start to act independently it affects other CST areas and we see the occurrence of dysfunctions such as neck pain, shoulder and thoracic pain, headaches, TMJ problems, tingling in hands and fingers, apical breathing, drainage problems and more. The course will review the functional and dysfunctional inter-relationship of the CST through some lectures but mainly hands on practice to correct the conditions arising out of the CST dysfunction.
