Incorporating Clinical Assessment into your Treatments – Focus on the Hip

  • Type:
  • Seminar/Workshop
  • Time:
  • 7 hours
Assessing Hip pain is complicated. The Hip is often thought of as joint and a region of the body. Thus when assessing a client we have to differentially assess the Hip joint, Sacroiliac joint, Lumbar spine symptoms in order to properly locate the clients complaint. There is often a conflict of needs between the client and the therapists when it comes to completing a physical assessment of your client. The client wants to maximize the treatment time. The therapist wants to get more clinical information. In this workshop, Ron will focus on thinking about the first treatment as a clinical assessment and demonstrate how to assess your client while they are on the table. In this workshop we will focus on the hip and create a framework of how to incorporate clinical assessment into your daily practice.
