The focus of this training can be described using the following outline:

– Practical application: Emphasis is placed on applying techniques as they are learned. Feeling the techniques in your own body, both in application and receiving adjustments, is truly the best way to connect to the practice.
– Ergonomics: Finding the balance between vital postural standards for both your own body, and that of your student/client.
– Anatomy: Cultivating an understanding of the muscles and joints being affected by adjustments, and how best to align these structures to produce beneficial outcomes.
– Communication: For those who have an interest in bringing Yogassage into their studio or clinic setting, it is necessary to understand the roles of the teacher and therapist and to create a bridge of communication that facilitates a cohesive experience.
