Cranial Evaluation and Treatment Sphenobasilar Synchondrosis

Participants will be taught cranial anatomy (bones, sutures, brain regions, cranial nerves, muscles etc. and the interrelationships of the dural membranes as they relate to specific cranial and sacral attachments and craniosacral rhythms. Participants will palpate cranial bone position, induce cranial motion mobility tests, and reflect on the evaluation of cranial motion. Static position, mobility and motility of the sphenobasilar synchondrosis will be the focus of cranial evaluation and treatment for this course, as it relates to whole person wellness. Students will be able to feel the craniosacral motion, understand its importance as an evaluation tool, and learn specific sphenobasilar lesion patterns and corrections during this day long course.
